1. Vintage Eisley goodness…

  2. I’m not going to beg you,
    And you know it.
But I just wish you’d say
That you hate it ended in that way.
Oh, you just drive me so insane with your infinite dreams-you never change.

  3. My 5 year old niece is a now a big Stacy Dupree(Princess Stacy)/Sucre/Eisley fan, and we couldn’t be more proud. :)
This is her singing “say something.”
Ignore the fact that I look like Cousin It.

  4. I know this video is old, but…this live performance of “Ambulance” is perhaps the most perfect live performance of anything I have ever seen. Seriously…they kill it. Amazingly, heartbreakingly beautiful.

  5. Today, I have a new chance. The ink’s wet as I think back..
All I knew could never be, but all I knew was the empty part of me.
The wind blew, and it carried you to me-you’re my only.
I keep my heart on a string for you. I keep my eyes on the narrow-not to stray.
‘Cause you know me better, and you know why I’m shouting your name out loud, so loud:
    It’s a chemical reaction.
I can feel the time just slipping by…

Good God, child, have you noticed? The ceiling never closes.
I hope you feel so safe with me…

  6. “And it won’t be easy…

As you reach your final end,
When our days are spent and I watch you transcend…
Will you watch me with our loved ones in the sky?
When we were young, I never had to worry…”

  10. Help Beez please!!

So, Beez is a singer. She is in the advanced choir at school and is taking a vocal techniques class to help her as a soloist. She is amazing (she is my sister, so I am allowed to be all braggity, ok? Yes. Braggity.)!

She needs some help though, and she is too shy to ask for it (or tell you any of this really).

Well, her next assignment is to perform a musical theater piece.

The problem is, as much as Beez and I love music, we are not into musical theater. At all.

So…we are both lost as to what she should perform, and we need suggestions. Please. Really…we are clueless.

    Here are the details.
Beez is an alto (think Adele/Stacy Dupree-esque in tone).

The song cannot be Disney, or anything that was a movie first and then a musical.

It has to be a solo.

She is going to have to do a little acting to help set the stage for the song.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help Beez out! We are begging!

    {Love to you all, Lola.}

  15. Oh, we’re all the same-all we want is a good bit of fame. And, isn’t it so insane how, when we fall down, our morals do the same?
